Use separate paths for sled unsupported version test (#1918)

The test rewrote storage format metadata and reopened the same sled path twice in one test case. This could race with sled's file lock release and fail before reaching the expected unsupported-version assertion.

Use a fresh generated path for each unsupported version case so the test does not depend on immediate reuse of the same sled database path.
