Replace Docusaurus with Zensical (#1916)

Replace the Docusaurus docs site with Zensical.
Move abandoned blog posts into the docs archive under Articles and Releases.
Preserve docs/dev and release docs publishing through GitHub Actions.
Add redirects from old blog URLs to the new archive pages.
Remove Docusaurus config, package files, and generated dependency lockfile.

ref. motivations
Docusaurus has been adding maintenance overhead to the docs site, especially through the Node dependency tree and automated dependency update PRs.
This replaces the docs site generator with Zensical so the repository can keep the docs setup closer to plain Markdown and reduce the amount of JavaScript-specific configuration needed for the website.
