Remove lodash dependency in favor of native implementations

Only three lodash helpers were used; replace them with small native
equivalents and drop the dependency:
- identity -> x => x
- keyBy    -> Object.fromEntries(list.map(i => [i[key], i]))
- groupBy  -> reduce into an object of arrays

Shrinks the published bundle (es 230->102 KB, umd 147->75 KB) and removes
a dependency from the supply chain. All 43 tests pass.
