Add test-quality audit for dead mock assertions and describe-scope mismatches (#2042)

* feat: add test-quality audit script for dead mocks and describe scopes

Adds scripts/check-test-quality.ts which flags:
- Dead mock assertions: mocked .tsx components whose tests rely on
  container.textContent without querying mock output
- Describe-scope mismatches: .test.ts files where describe('X') block
  tests function Y instead

Includes unit tests for the audit script.

* fix: correct dead mock assertions in SyntheticMessageBlock test

* fix: align template-hash tests with correct describe scope

* fix: address review feedback on test-quality audit

- Recurse into nested describes even when parent title is not checkable
- Parse component names from extensionless mock paths (Vite imports)
- Track mock selectors per-MockInfo instead of globally
- Recognize parameterized test calls (it.each, test.each)
- Add import-name check to describe-scope to reduce false positives
- Trim CONCEPT_WORDS from ~800 to ~300 curated entries
- Add object-name tracking for property accesses
- Add logger.test.ts to ignore list for valid factory patterns
