Use a session-unique temp directory in tests to prevent parallel-session collisions

Each PHPUnit process now gets its own isolated directory
(PHPModelGeneratorTest_<uniqid>) defined via the TEST_BASE_DIR constant.
A shutdown function cleans it up when the process exits. All hardcoded
sys_get_temp_dir().'/PHPModelGeneratorTest' references in the test
infrastructure are replaced with TEST_BASE_DIR or MODEL_TEMP_PATH.
