feat(webui): shared Header + version/signal helpers (#443)

- shared ui-kit Header component used by both prov and miner; prov's old inline footer removed
- ui-kit formatVersion fixes prov footer rendering doubled v (e.g. vv0.41.1) on tagged builds
- ui-kit signalBars recalibrates wifi bar thresholds to -67/-75/-85 dBm (was -50/-67/-80) so a typical -71 dBm AP now shows 2 bars instead of 1
- prov switches fetchVersion→fetchInfo to display board name + version subtitle
