feat: spaces home command center, mobile nav & task tab routing (#2020)

* feat: spaces home command center, mobile nav fixes, and smarter task tab routing

- Replace bare spaces placeholder with cross-space command center showing
  Needs Attention, Active Sessions, and In Progress task sections
- Mobile hamburger inside a space now shows SpaceDetailPanel with an
  All Spaces back button instead of the space switcher
- Fix back navigation from task view to use navigateBack (returns to
  actual origin) instead of hardcoded space overview
- Task tab routing: sidebar and bottom nav now navigate to Action tab
  unless Action is empty and Active has items, in which case go to Active
- Mobile task tabs use JS resize listener for reliable breakpoint tiers
  (2 tabs at 320px or below, 3 above 320px, 4 above 420px, all at 640px+) with overflow dropdown

* fix: add SpacePageHeader to goals and forge views

* feat: surface long-horizon agents as a first-class Agents view

Backend:
- Add RPC handlers: list, create, update, delete, listReminders,
  createReminder, deleteReminder (spaceLongHorizonAgent.*)
- Add deleteReminder to SpaceLongHorizonAgentRepository
- Wire repo into setupSpaceLongHorizonAgentHandlers

Frontend:
- Add 'agents' to SpaceViewMode; route /space/:id/agents to viewMode='agents'
  instead of coordinator chat session
- Add SpaceLongHorizonAgents page: agent cards with Chat overlay button,
  template picker (7 built-ins), editor for create/edit, delete confirm
- Wire longHorizonAgents + longHorizonAgentTemplates signals into spaceStore
  with fetch, reset, and CRUD methods
- Update BottomTabBar, SpaceDetailPanel, ContextPanel active-state checks
  to use viewMode='agents' instead of sessionId heuristic

* fix: seed coordinator in list handler for pre-existing spaces

* feat: agents page — grid layout, inline templates, direct chat nav, research template

- Agent cards use 2-col grid (sm:grid-cols-2) instead of full width
