Directly assert the WARN log fires in `testComputeParameters13`

Registers an `ILogListener` on `Function`'s `ILog` around the analysis call
and asserts the captured statuses include a `WARNING`-severity entry with
the exact `Unknown @tf.function argument: experimental_attributes on func().`
message. The flag-conjunction assertion alone could not distinguish pre-PR
from post-PR behavior—unknown kwargs were already silently ignored—so the
new logging guarantee needed a direct check. Updates the in-body `NOTE:` to
mention both fail modes the test now picks up if `experimental_attributes`
gets promoted to first-class.
