update correct Tumbleweed logo (#3552)

## Problem

Current setup in web/src/assets/products/ is using the old Tumbleweed
logo

- No boo
- [openQA link](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/5963551#step/agama/5)



## Solution

replaced older tumbleweed svg with newer tumbleweed svg at 300px x 300px

## Documentation

Compiler will be fine. QA test might need a small adjustment
logo image will display the correct logo for the product
