Layer 3 (final) of epic #987. docs/bugs/ereal-priest-conformance-audit.md maps
every expansion routine to its published algorithm and classifies it as literal
match, behavioral conformance, or deviation:

- primitives (two_sum/fast_two_sum/two_prod) and grow_expansion: literal match,
  proven exact in Layer 1;
- the ereal hot path (linear_expansion_sum + renormalize_expansion for add,
  expansion_product for multiply): behavioral conformance, proven value-exact in
  Layer 2 and Priest-normal in #954;
- the encoded Priest-normal predicate (decreasing magnitude, |z_{k+1}| <=
  ulp(z_k)/2, no interior zeros) is confirmed to be the published definition,
  not a paraphrase.

Two citation inaccuracies found and corrected in expansion_ops.hpp:
linear_expansion_sum cited "Figure 7" but is a TWO-SUM magnitude merge;
fast_expansion_sum cited "Figure 8 / FAST-TWO-SUM" but uses TWO-SUM. Comments
now state what the code actually does and that canonical form is delegated to
renormalize_expansion.

Resolves #990. Completes epic #987.
