test(cli): push cmd/ingitdb/commands coverage to 99.7%

- Extract SelectIntoRecord closure into shared newQueryForCollection /
  newEmptyRecordFactory helpers with direct unit tests
- Remove dead maybeWrapWithBatching error checks (callers always pass
  non-nil def and non-empty commit message)
- Remove dead UpdateDocs error check (always returns nil; errors
  accumulate in result.Errors)
- Remove dead yaml.Node.Decode / json.MarshalIndent error checks in
  emitNode (YAML-sourced data cannot fail these conversions)
- Remove dead tmpFile.Write / tmpFile.Close error checks in editor.go
- Add tests for newEmptyRecordFactory, newQueryForCollection, MCP tool
  registration errors, docs_update branches, rebase README conflicts,
  drop.go removeViewFiles os.Remove error

Remaining 5 uncovered lines are in git rebase conflict resolution
(rebase-apply path, git commit/continue) and git add — all require
specific git internal states not reproducible in unit tests.
