refactor(cli): remove dead error checks in describe.go and editor.go

- describe.go emitNode: yaml.Node.Decode and json.MarshalIndent on
  YAML-sourced data cannot fail; remove error checks
- editor.go runWithEditor: Write/Close on a just-created os.TempFile
  cannot fail in practice; suppress errors
