✨ feat: add example package and improve provider loading

- Add new @babeli/example package with sample translations
 - Includes JSON and MJS translation files (en, de, fr)
 - Demonstrates both single-language and multi-language file formats
 - Includes babeli.config.mjs configuration examples

- Improve ChatModelProvider loading mechanism
 - Replace global node_modules lookup with createRequire resolution
 - Add debug logging for provider loading
 - Export extractProvider for better testability
 - Enhance module resolution from CWD using require.resolve

- Add build configuration improvements
 - Add .prettierignore files to all packages (ignore dist/)
 - Add dist/ to ESLint ignore patterns
 - Add main field to anthropic and ollama package.json
