docs: mark async migration complete, update stale references

- Mark tasks 1.7.8 and 1.7.9 complete in TODO.md
- Update async-first-architecture.md to reflect async-only implementation
- Remove AsyncAgent references from base.py docstrings (no such class exists)
- Add summary reports for completed tasks

The architecture was simplified from Agent+AsyncAgent to async-only Agent:
- Single API surface to learn
- All modern web frameworks are async-native
- No sync/async parity maintenance burden
