Rename Space Agent UI to Agents (#2003)

* feat: rename space agent UI to agents

Add Coordinator as the default long-horizon space agent and update the space agent UI/navigation to present agents with basic coordination scopes.

* fix: address agents page review feedback

Replace local-only Coordinator scope inputs with coming-soon placeholders and update router expectations for the plural agents path.

* fix: hydrate agents page reminders

Load schedules on the Agents page, keep Goals and Forge navigation inside the SPA, and seed Coder before Coordinator to preserve fallback routing.

* fix: harden coordinator defaults

Avoid choosing Coordinator as an implicit workflow worker and retry reminder hydration after reconnects.

* fix: limit schedule retry to disconnects

Avoid immediate reconnect retries for non-connection schedule load failures.

* fix: broaden schedule disconnect retry

Retry reminder hydration for transport disconnect errors without retrying non-connection failures.

* fix: update listBuiltInTemplates test for 7 preset agents
