- Refresh _wiswa metadata in package.json (version eb1f7cf)
- Add YAML frontmatter (name, description) to every .claude/agents/*.md so the
  Claude Code subagent registry picks them up with proper descriptions
- Expand .claude/agents/release.md with sandbox-disable guidance, a pre-bump
  version_files collision scan, post-bump revert step for accidental
  substring matches, CITATION.cff/Flatpak/Snapcraft verification, and a
  CI-monitoring and failed-release recovery section
- Rename .claude/settings.local.json.dist to .claude/settings.json and drop
  /.claude/settings.json from .gitignore so the project owns the canonical
  settings file (settings.local.json stays ignored for per-dev overrides)
- Add sh.tat.re3-installer.yml and snapcraft.yaml to .cz.json version_files
  ahead of vcpkg.json, matching the .wiswa.jsonnet cz+ override
- Exempt vcpkg.json and vcpkg-configuration.json from end-of-file-fixer,
  prettier, and VS Code's insertFinalNewline so the files match Microsoft's
  newline-free format expectations
- Add *.3, *.7, *.desktop, vcpkg*.json to .prettierignore
- Convert social.custom_badges to top-level custom_project_badges with
  structured anchor/href dict entries
- Bump CITATION.cff date-released to 2026-05-11
- Refresh yarn.lock
- Regenerate sh.tat.re3-installer.yml and snapcraft.yaml under the wiswa
  YAML renderer (key-sorted, single-quoted scalars); description and
  summary now derive from the project description field
- Dictionary updates: add preapproved, pyproject, undraft, undrafted,
  worktree; drop autosort, npmjs
