bump ethrpc v0.2.11 → v0.2.12 + drop DoRPCNamedCtx workaround → 0.4.39

ethrpc v0.2.12 ships the one-word fix to DoNamedCtx that 0.4.38's
Network.DoRPCNamedCtx was working around (NewRequest → NewRequestMap
in rpc.go:84). With the upstream fix in place, the libwallet-side
SendCtx-with-NewRequestMap detour is no longer needed —
DoRPCNamedCtx reverts to calling r.DoNamedCtx(ctx, method, args)
directly. Same wire output, less surface area to maintain.

No behaviour change for callers: Solana getAssetsByOwner and the
rest of the DAS surface keep producing `"params": {...}` (true
named-params object), just via the natural upstream path now
instead of the local bypass.
