Cover update_good_images flash-error branch (line 222)

Earlier test targeted `try_to_save_image` (new image save fail).
Line 222 is actually in `update_good_images`'s edit-existing-image
branch, where `image.save` fails after attribute changes. Add a
test that POSTs `good_image[<id>] = { notes: ... }` with the
image's `save` stubbed to false via singleton method.
