Add edge-case CT coverage for zonecut CNAME filter (#350)

- Plain 2-hop CNAME chain (no wildcard) terminating at a delegation:
  isolates the owner-vs-target filter regression from RFC 4592 wildcard
  expansion mechanics.
- Occluded CNAME (owner and target both below the cut): pins the
  RFC 5936 §3.5 / RFC 2181 §6 invariant that the parent zone does not
  serve records owned below a delegation.
