fix(json): keep FromJson trait method without `fn` keyword

Same toolchain mismatch as the Leb128 fix: my earlier `moon fmt` (run
on a newer local toolchain) inserted `fn` before `from_json` inside the
trait body, but CI's stable moonc doesn't parse it and reports
"There is no method from_json in trait FromJson", cascading into 400+
errors across the json package.
