refactor(bb_led,bb_button): collapse espidf duplicates to shared host source (#287)

Updated CMakeLists.txt in both components to reference the host source files
instead of espidf-specific copies. The implementations are functionally identical
(only comment/whitespace variations), matching the pattern already used by the
Arduino shim. Removed the redundant files from platform/espidf/.

Verified: make test passes with 900/900 tests; all smoke targets (esp32,
esp32c3, elecrow-p4-hmi7, tdongle, r4_wifis3, uno_cc3000) build clean.
