Fix all 14 findings from the Azure Companion trifecta audit:

Design (1 finding):
- F-AZC-014: Fix stale `Service Bus` terminology to `Storage Queue`
  in design section 7.5

Validation — expanded existing tests (10 findings):
- F-AZC-001: T-AZC-0100 now asserts Alpine base, no Azure CLI, no
  Bicep files, startup scripts present
- F-AZC-002: T-AZC-0108, T-AZC-0113, T-AZC-0415 now trace AZC-0101
  (no persisted access tokens required for runtime)
- F-AZC-003: T-AZC-0101 now asserts socket bindings and state-volume
  initialization ordering
- F-AZC-004: T-AZC-0123 now asserts bootstrap script executes
  independently inside the bootstrap image
- F-AZC-006: T-AZC-0121 splits missing-artifact and missing-queue-config
  into separate sub-cases with distinct diagnostics
- F-AZC-010: T-AZC-0116/0117 now assert disposable resource provenance
  and on-demand workflow trigger
- F-AZC-012: T-AZC-0407 now asserts Bicep deployment receives the
  regenerated certificate

Validation — new tests (6 findings):
- F-AZC-005: T-AZC-0424 — retired `bootstrap-auth` subcommand rejected
- F-AZC-007: T-AZC-0425 — env-var override precedence and independent
  queue reconfiguration
- F-AZC-008: T-AZC-0426 — transport replacement does not change
  gateway-facing connector protocol
- F-AZC-009: T-AZC-0427 — bidirectional traffic on same long-lived
  connector session
- F-AZC-011: T-AZC-0428 — Docker socket bind-mount and Bollard
  auto-detection positive path
- F-AZC-013: T-AZC-0429 — no-valid-state bootstrap proceeds regardless
  of `--force` flag
