* refactor(config): drop BB_NV_CONFIG_NAMESPACE override + migrate legacy keys

BB's keys (wifi_ssid, wifi_pass, hostname, mdns_en, update_check_en,
display_en) now live in their default "bb_cfg" namespace instead of
being forced into "taipanminer". On first boot after upgrade,
config_init copies each BB-owned key from the legacy "taipanminer"
namespace into "bb_cfg" and deletes the legacy entry, so wifi/
hostname/etc. survive the rename without leaving orphan data.

Eliminates the bb_manifest_register_nv duplicate-namespace collision
that panicked tdongle-s3 + bitaxe boards on BB main builds. Each
component now owns its own NVS namespace cleanly.

* fix(build): add bb_event_ring_espidf + bb_event_routes_espidf to EXTRA_COMPONENT_DIRS

After breadboard PR #252 split the espidf platform impls into standalone
components under platform/espidf/, TM's CMakeLists.txt only pointed at
.breadboard/components — so the link couldn't find bb_event_ring_now_us.

Adds the two new espidf component directories explicitly. Restores build
on all four boards (bitaxe-403/601/650 + tdongle-s3).
