web: drop obsolete network binding UI code

After reimplementing network form connections, binding settings are no
longer handled through a dedicated page/view but are now integrated into
the main form. As a result, BindingSettingsForm and its ad-hoc
DevicesSelector component are no longer needed and are removed by this
commit.
