utils: Try to detect and preserve indent in json manifests

When no editorconfig is present, try to detect the indentation from
the original file instead of always defaulting to 4 spaces.

Instead of trying to detect indent from JSON in a generic manner which
is hard, this uses some Flatpak builder manifest specific heuristics to
calculate the indent people will generally expect and write.

- Main manifests -> lookss for the mandatory id or app-id key at the
  shallowest level
- Module manifests -> looks for the mandatory module or name key at the
  shallowlest level
- Source manifests -> looks for the first opening brace

If the detection fails, it falls back to 4-space indent as before.
