test(core): cross 95% — Context.Router + WriteBytes panic + tree/route edges (94.4% → 95.4%)

Targeted fillers picking up the highest-ROI 0% / partial functions:

- Context.Router() exposed during real dispatch
- Context.WriteBytes panics when the underlying writer errors —
  asserted via a failingWriter mock that always returns err
- Context.SetCookie defaults Path="" to "/" — assertion on
  Set-Cookie header
- Route.Handler returns nil on empty chain
- validateMethods panics on unknown HTTP verb
- findAllowedMethods dynamic-route branch: parametrized route
  registered as GET, POST /users/42 returns 405 with Allow: GET
- Tree: hasExact walked over static + dynamic mix, insert chain
  with 6 params exercises bumpMaxParams, static-beats-param P-2
  priority sanity
