vm: lower (void) cast natively

\`(void) \$expr\` simply evaluates the expression for side effects
and produces NULL. The native lowering uses the existing OpLoadNull /
OpPop opcodes — no new opcode required. Statement-context emit just
runs the expression as a statement; expression-context pushes NULL
after popping the value.

runVoidCast drops from IsValueExprAstDelegated and IsSlotSafe's
AST-delegated case list.
