Fix Name footer showing creator instead of last editor

`update_name_version` set `ver.user_id` in memory but never persisted
it, so `name_versions` always stored the creator's id. Adding `ver.save`
after the contribution check fixes the display and preserves the
existing first-editor contribution logic.
