vm: bool fast path for OpJmpIf{False,True,FalsePeek}

Comparison ops emit ZBool directly; the conditional jump's
generic AsBool path went through As(ctx, ZtBool) which performs an
interface conversion. Inline the ZBool type-assertion so the
common loop-condition case (a \`<\` / \`==\` result feeding the
JMP_IF_FALSE) skips the slow path entirely.
