vm: AST-delegate indirect calls with writable args

Indirect (\`\$expr(...)\`) calls resolve the callable at runtime, so
we can't query its by-ref signature at compile time. When any arg
is a writable lvalue (variable, array elem, property), AST-delegate
the whole call so the AST's CallZVal path can ref-bind correctly.
The IsSlotSafe analysis flags the surrounding body slot-unsafe so
the hashtable is populated when the AST delegation reads args.

Fixes bug38808 (dynamic call to next/current/etc.) and others
that depended on \`\$fnname(\$x)\` honouring the resolved callable's
by-ref signature.
