* refactor: use structured Repr::record instead of Repr::literal in bigint and debug

- In debug/repr.mbt: simplify Repr::record using for-loop iteration over map
- In bigint/bigint_nonjs.mbt: convert internal repr test to use Repr::record
  with structured fields instead of string interpolation via Repr::literal
