vm: use OP_SYNC_SLOTS for writable-arg method calls too

Method-call AST delegation for writable args previously also forced
the surrounding body slot-unsafe (via IsSlotSafe). Now uses the same
OP_SYNC_SLOTS / OP_REFRESH_SLOTS pattern as the function-call gate:
the call site pays the sync cost; the rest of the body stays in
slot-only.
