vm: mark compound-array writes slot-unsafe

emitCompoundAssign AST-delegates \`\$arr[k] += v\` (and .=, etc.)
regardless of container shape, but IsSlotSafe was returning true
when the container was a simple local. The mismatch let slot-only
bodies skip the hashtable mirror that the AST delegation then
needed to read.

Extends the runOperator case in IsSlotSafe to flag compound-assign
on any array element (matches the emitter's actual delegation
behaviour).
