test: cover manual LOD events and failed re-conversion after restore

- Manual queued event with isLods=true: status-handler should set neither
  the deployment queue counter nor the manual marker. Locks down the
  existing early-return so a future LOD-aware change is intentional.
- Purged entity manually re-queued + the re-conversion itself returns a
  failure status: the restore still happens, the failed bundle is
  recorded on the restored row, entity status becomes FAILED, and the
  manual marker is still cleared on the way out.
