test: integration coverage for restore-from-historical-registry path

Adds end-to-end tests against a real Postgres covering:

- happy path: purged entity + manual re-queue + texture event ->
  entity restored to registries with the bundle update applied
- skip path: purged entity with no manual marker -> texture event
  skipped, historical_registries row untouched
- concurrency: two parallel platform texture events for a purged
  manually re-queued entity -> both bundles end up complete, no stale
  stomp; regression test for the FOR UPDATE fix
- OBSOLETE preservation: restoring an OBSOLETE-purged entity while a
  newer COMPLETE entity exists at the same pointers -> the restored
  row is correctly re-derived as OBSOLETE, the newer one untouched
- direct db.restoreFromHistoricalRegistry coverage: historical-hit,
  fallback to live registries row, both-empty -> null

Also exposes queuesStatusManager on the test components so tests can
assert the manual marker state directly.
