review fixes: dedicated manual-queue marker type and clear on restore failure

- Introduce a dedicated ManualQueueMarker type so isManuallyQueued no longer
  reads the entry through the misleading EntityStatusInQueue type
- Clear the manual-requeue marker before returning an error from
  textures-handler when restoreFromHistoricalRegistry fails, so the marker
  does not persist and trigger repeated failed restore attempts
