Commit Message

test(cli/delete): restore delete step in CRUD integration test

Wires the previously-stubbed delete step back into the create →
update → delete arc using the new top-level form. Removes the
//nolint:unused annotations on assertTagMissing and
assertReadmeNotContains — both helpers are now actively used by the
restored assertion pass.

Resolves the minor tech-debt item flagged in the cli/delete final
code review.
