test(cli/update): add end-to-end, legacy regression, and AC-gap tests

End-to-end covers --from + --where + --set + --unset + --min-affected
in one realistic invocation, verifying the matched records are
patched AND the title field is preserved (shallow-patch property).

Legacy regression confirms `update record --id=... --set=YAML` still
works via the UpdateLegacy Go function — the user-facing CLI
invocation has changed (new `update` is the top-level command), but
the underlying patch helper continues to work for any caller that
constructs the legacy command directly.

Two AC-gap tests (TestUpdate_ShallowPatchReplacesNestedMap,
TestUpdate_MinAffected_WithAll) close the spec-coverage gaps noted
during cross-check.

Spec: cli/update — all ACs covered. github-update-one-commit is
exercised at the resolver level (insert_context_test.go) consistent
with cli/select and cli/insert convention.
