feat(testing): EngineConformanceTests pytest mixin (v0.0.5) (#34)

Adds pyiron_workflow_atomistics.testing.EngineConformanceTests — a
reusable pytest mixin that downstream engine packages subclass to
verify their Engine Protocol implementation against a single
source-of-truth bar (Protocol satisfaction, with_working_directory
purity, pickle round-trip, get_calculate_fn signature, run() smoke).

Purely additive — no existing symbol moves or breaks. Ships as v0.0.5;
tag-and-publish follows after merge.
