fix(ai-images): remove AI image attachment when user adds their own photo

When a member patches their post with both an AI-generated illustration ID
and their own photo ID in the keep-list, the API now automatically evicts the
AI attachment so only the user's own photo remains.

Added filterOutAIAttachments helper that strips AI attachment IDs from the
keep-list whenever non-AI (user-supplied) attachments are also present.
Called in applyPatchMessage before recordAIDeletions so the AI removal is
both enforced and properly microaction-recorded.

Also forward-ports the empty-item validation from master (fix(api): reject
PUT /message when item is empty, 27c12ac5) which this branch had not yet
incorporated, restoring TestPutMessageEmptyItemRejected.
