Bump Ariadne to 0.43.0 (#471)

* Bump Ariadne to 0.43.0.

Closes #470. Picks up wala/ML#519's `TensorType.getDType()` accessor (the motivating change). Other 0.43.0 content (ClientDriver argv validation, `NumberFormatException` catch sites, dead-code removal) is transitively consumed without Hybridize-side wiring.

Full local build green; tests not run locally but reactor compiles. The cast-and-uppercase `DType.valueOf(tt.getCellType().toUpperCase())` migration in `testInferredTensorTypes` is left to fold into PR #463 (the only call site lives there) once that PR rebases onto this commit.

* Resync XML summaries to Ariadne 0.43.0.

Required when bumping the Ariadne version (see `update_summaries.sh` and the CLAUDE.md note about wala/ML#418/#419: the OSGi-wrapped bundle does not surface XMLs from the fat-jar, so consumer-side copies are needed).

- `tensorflow.xml` picks up the only substantive upstream change between 0.42.0 and 0.43.0 (1580+/425- lines). The other six existing XMLs (`flask`/`functools`/`pandas`/`pytest`/`click`/`abseil`/`numpy`) are byte-identical between releases.
- Two new XMLs land in Ariadne 0.43.0 and need to be tracked: `numpy_turtle.xml` and `turtles.xml` (both from the `com.ibm.wala.cast.python/data/` source). Add copy lines to `update_summaries.sh` and entries to `build.properties` `bin.includes` so `XMLMethodSummaryReader` finds them on the bundle classpath.

Pre-resync audit confirmed no Hybridize-side hand-extensions on the existing XMLs (byte-identical to Ariadne 0.42.0), so the resync is purely upstream-driven.

Ariadne 0.43.0 was built against WALA 1.7.1. The previously-referenced
v1.6 p2 site is binary-incompatible, manifesting at runtime as
`AbstractMethodError: AstTranslator.doFieldWrite`.
