Commit Message

Bump `Formatting` submodule to pick up the `Boolean.TRUE`/`Boolean.FALSE` rule. (#468)

`Formatting@28d5cc4` (master tip post-merge of ponder-lab/Formatting#1) adds a `RegexpSinglelineJava` check that flags qualified `Boolean.TRUE`/`Boolean.FALSE` references and exempts only the canonical `import static java.lang.Boolean.{TRUE,FALSE};` declaration (whitespace-tolerant).

#467 already removed every existing qualified usage from `main`, so `mvn checkstyle:check` is green on this branch.
