Correct the WALA p2 alternative in CONTRIBUTING.md.

The previous "simpler alternative" paragraph was misleading. Verifying: Maven Central does not publish `com.ibm.wala.ide` at all (only `com.ibm.wala.core/cast/util/dalvik/scandroid/...`), and upstream `wala/WALA`'s `com.ibm.wala-repository/` is just Tycho `category.xml` source metadata, not a hosted p2 repository. While `ProgressMonitorDelegate` is genuinely a small adapter that could be inlined, `EclipseSourceDirectoryTreeModule` pulls in `EclipseProjectPath`, `EclipseSourceFileModule`, and further `com.ibm.wala.ide.*` types — inlining cascades into Hybridize maintaining its own `com.ibm.wala.ide` fork (worse than the current arrangement).

Rewrite the paragraph to capture the actual constraints and conclude that publishing the matching `ponder-lab/WALA` branch is the practical path on each Ariadne-WALA bump.
