Document why WALA comes from `ponder-lab/WALA`'s p2 update site.

`CONTRIBUTING.md` listed the `ponder-lab/WALA/v1.6` p2 repository as a required dependency without explaining why. The reason matters because Ariadne bumps that advance WALA (e.g., 0.43.0's `1.6.12` -> `1.7.1`) require a matching `ponder-lab/WALA` p2 branch to exist, or the build will compile and fail at test runtime with `AbstractMethodError`. Capture:

- The structural cause: `Require-Bundle: com.ibm.wala.ide`, which is Eclipse-PDE-aware and ships only via p2, not Maven Central.
- The actual `com.ibm.wala.ide.*` usage scope: two classes, one of which already has a local-copy workaround.
- The two-step coordination for Ariadne bumps that change WALA versions.
- A simpler alternative (drop `com.ibm.wala.ide`, switch to Maven-Central WALA) noted as not-yet-attempted.
