ci(coverage): drop non-code files, soft status checks

coverage was counting CSS, the main.tsx bootstrap, and the
schemas barrel — none of which produce a useful signal but
do drag the codecov weighted percentage down.

informational status keeps the codecov number visible on PRs
without failing CI when the test base is still small.
