style(preview-tabs): remove emojis from tab labels and refine tab appearance

- Strip emoji prefixes from info.tab_markdown and info.tab_pdf in both
  pt_BR and en_US locales so tab labels read as plain text
- Increase tab bar height to 3 for clearer visual separation
- Add subtle teal background to the tab strip so it reads as a
  navigation control rather than floating text above the panel
- Give the active tab a filled teal background instead of just a
  bottom border, making the selected state unambiguous
- Increase horizontal padding on tabs for a less cramped feel
- Add a bottom margin below the tab bar to separate it from content
