test(info_panel,doc_structure): add unit tests for InfoPanelWidget, CompilationInfo, make_timestamp and extract_sections

- test_info_panel.py:
  - CompilationInfo: default field values, mutability, list isolation
  - make_timestamp(): format matches HH:MM:SS regex
  - InfoPanelWidget.render(): success/error/None status labels and emoji;
    filename, pages, template, timestamp in output; sections list and
    no_sections fallback; warnings list and no_warnings fallback

- test_doc_structure.py:
  - Returns empty list for missing, unreadable, and empty files
  - h1 parsed with no indent, counter 1
  - h2 indented two spaces, h3 four spaces
  - Mixed h1/h2/h3 numbering is sequential regardless of level
  - YAML frontmatter stripped before scanning (title: key ignored)
  - Inline bold, italic, and code formatting removed from heading text
  - Hard cap of 30 entries on documents with >30 headings
  - No section found in a file with only body text returns []
