feat(ui): add InfoPanelWidget and CompilationInfo dataclass

Introduces a new Textual widget that renders a structured summary of
the last PDF compilation result directly inside the TUI preview panel.

- CompilationInfo dataclass holds filename, page count, template,
  timestamp, status, extracted sections, and accumulated warnings
- InfoPanelWidget.update_info() accepts a CompilationInfo and triggers
  a refresh, keeping the widget stateless from the caller's perspective
- Rendering uses Rich Text with emoji status indicators and section
  numbering; gracefully handles empty/None states
