test(webui): standardize test lifecycle hooks (#382)

Bring 7 test files into alignment with the canonical patterns
codified in TaipanMiner/CLAUDE.md (PR #381).

- 5 miner component tests: add vi.clearAllMocks() to existing beforeEach
- 2 api/release tests: swap afterEach restoreAllMocks for beforeEach
  clearAllMocks (no vi.spyOn use; safe semantic equivalence)
- Remove webui/miner/src/pages/__tests__/Knot.test.ts: misplaced
  type-only KnotPeer interface test; the actual Knot component test
  is correctly co-located at pages/Knot.test.ts

No source code changes; coverage unchanged.
