test(webui): cover component branch gaps + document testing patterns (#381)

Component micro-gaps (16 new specs):
- Hero.svelte 90% → 100%
- FanEditDialog.svelte: form submit + error path branches
- Nav.svelte: active link state branches
- AlertBanner.svelte: severity + dismiss branches

CLAUDE.md: add testing-patterns subsection under Web UI section.
Codifies the established conventions from PRs #354–#380:
state-machine extraction, runes-mode requirement, vi.mock async-import
factory pattern, Svelte 5 property-style events, e2e as regression net.
